Since being married, I've discovered that it's equally as difficult to cook for two. Brandon and I are definitely not natural-born cooks :) This year I bought America's Test Kitchen Cooking for Two cookbook, which has been wonderful. It makes the perfect amount for us, and with a little creativity, I usually manage to use the leftover ingredients in the next meal.
